Hedonism..our way of life?

HEDONISM ('he-den-"i-zem)
1 :the philosophy that pleasure is of ultimate importance,the most important pursuit
2 :a way of life based on or suggesting the prinsiples of hedonism

sumone dat i knew once sed, "to gain or achieve happiness, there are things we have to sacrifice"..well,pada umumnyee..hehe and hate to say,most of d sacrifices dat we have to make come from our pockets,with d capital M, MONEY..harus ditekankan ye,pada umumnye..yela,nowadays nak ade pacar pun AT LEAST we have to allocate 1% of our scolarship,untuk 'menabur benih2 chenta' ie. phonecalls,dates,presents..but we dont really care, coz we r happy to do so rite?its a pleasure to make our loved ones happy..OUR pleasure --> HEDONISM ;P

Lastnite missjane n miss butt'OfLv (jgn mare..hehe) involved in a crime of passion..passion for shopping,passion for the hi-life..huhu
After days of ibu's homemade cooking & 'instant' cooking, we both decide its time for us to break out of d stagnancy..d place and time were decide > SC (one of jakarta's top malls..'gem of d gems'), Saturday,530pm.but sbb missjane siap lmbt sket,so we got out of d hse @ 535pm.. ;P

To cut short d story,here's d highlites of our 'keberhasilan' lastnite:
Transport : Rp 60,000
Dinner at Pondok Sunda : Rp 158,000
After shopping therapy drinks : Rp 50,000
Satisfaction and pleasure : PRICELESS :)

Visits to more than 10 shops tidak menghasilkan any keberhasilan coz most of d merchandises just dun fit the 'exquisite' taste of missJ & missB.. :P dh bkn rezeki diorg,nak buat camne..hehe
wen we become doctors nnt, kite beli all those pricey bags and shoes ye missB?hehe..

so, back to d question..is hedonism our way of life? well,i guess not..not for me la.i still have my own limits..till my impulsiveness breaks me down, till d next scholar comes in or till d next 'jakarta megasale'..haha
